🎟️ Why do we ticket Christmas Eve Services?

At Bayside Granite Bay, Christmas is one of the most beautiful and joy-filled times of the year. More than 25,000 people join us across our 13 Christmas Eve Services, and we want every single person to have an amazing, meaningful experience.

Before we used tickets, thousands of people would show up for the same service, far beyond the room’s capacity. Families were turned away at the doors, and the overcrowding made it difficult for many to fully enjoy the service. We knew there had to be a better way.

So, we began using $5 tickets simply to help manage the crowds and spread attendance across all our services. This allows you and your loved ones to arrive with confidence, find a seat, and enjoy the night without stress.

Every single dollar from ticket proceeds goes directly to our Christmas Compassion Causes, helping children and families in need here and around the world.

Your ticket doesn’t just reserve your seat. It helps share the hope of Christmas with people who need it most.

We are unable to facilitate service date/time changes. All Christmas ticket reservations are final as indicated on the ticket page. If you would like to transfer your tickets to another individual/party, you can e-mail/text them the tickets directly – no name change process is required on our end.

Please note that 100% of all Christmas ticket donations go to our Christmas Compassion Causes. As a result, all Christmas ticket reservations are final as indicated on the ticket page (no refunds/exchanges).

We have walk-up tickets available for each service. Please visit the Ticket Solutions desk in the Courtyard 60-90 minutes prior to your preferred service start time to obtain a walk-up ticket. 15 minutes prior to service start time, once all reserved ticket holders have been seated, we will begin seating walk-ups in the order in which they arrived. Seating in the Worship Center is not guaranteed.
