Core, strength & flexibility conditioning including yoga/pilates style exercises, foam roller, and more for all fitness levels. 55 min. coed workout followed by a devotional on wellness in Christ. Classes held in the junior high room at Bayside offices in 4-week series. Bring mat towel and water bottle, and dress comfortably for exercise. Class size limited. Register by individual series, or save money by registering for multiple series.
