Uplifting workout combining movement, strength, and yoga/pilates exercises for core and flexibility. Upbeat worship music to encourage & inspire. For all fitness levels, coed workout. 55 min. of exercise followed by a devotional on wellness in Christ. Taught by Nancy Short, ACE-certified personal trainer, group instructor and health coach.

No signup necessary, just drop in and join us. Classes are $8 each or $20 for a 4-class pack. (A savings of 38%!)  Please bring exact cash or check payable to Bayside. First class for new attendees is FREE! Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class. Bring a mat, towel, water bottle, and dress comfortably for exercise.

A Christ-centered practice that integrates physical discipline, mindful breathing & meditation on scripture.

For beginner and intermediate fitness levels.

Taught by Linde Haskins, Master Instructor (M-HYI) for the Holy Yoga Ministry. **While Linde is on maternity leave, our Holy Yoga instructor from the Midtown campus, Tara Getty, will lead the class.

No signup necessary, just drop in and join us. Classes are $10 each, or $36 for a 4-class pack. Payable by check or exact currency at class. First class is FREE to new attendees! Bring a mat and water bottle.
