5:45pm – 6:45pm Suite 418. Weekly classes for fall through Nov. 12; no class on Oct. 15.

Uplifting workout combining movement, strength, and yoga/pilates exercises for core and flexibility. Upbeat worship music to encourage & inspire. For all fitness levels, coed workout. 55 min. of exercise followed by a devotional on wellness in Christ. Taught by Nancy Short, ACE-certified personal trainer, group instructor and health coach.

No signup necessary, just drop in and join us. Classes are just $5 each. Please bring exact cash or check payable to Bayside. First class for new attendees is FREE! Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class. Bring a mat, towel, water bottle, and dress comfortably for exercise.

A Christ-centered practice that integrates physical discipline, mindful breathing & meditation on scripture.

For beginner and intermediate fitness levels.

Taught by Linde Haskins, Master Instructor (M-HYI) for the Holy Yoga Ministry.

Join us on Saturday mornings for Holy Yoga Class led by Tara (R-HYI)
Holy Yoga is a Christ-centered yoga practice which utilizes the fundamentals of Hatha Yoga combined with scripture and meditation.

Holy Yoga will challenge you physically through breath and movement. Our class will feature popular worship music and will contain a devotional component, but this is not a bible study

Exercise attire strongly encouraged.
We will begin promptly at 9:00am in the Youth Room. No childcare.
