Because a well-balanced person has a far greater ability to focus their attention and energy on attaining their goals, taking productive actions, and moving forward in a meaningful way.
Track 2: The One & Only You
Mapping Out Your Life Experiences

Participants of this class will learn how to create a map of their “life experiences”. It will show where “God moments" have happened and how He has been a part of our lives when we didn’t realize it. This is a great exercise to make an outline of your life. Many have used their maps to write their “life story”. All class materials will be provided. Please be prompt as mapping takes the full class session.
