Join us for Untangled, a powerful 10-week, biblically grounded journey toward healing, freedom, and emotional wholeness. Led by Dr. Barbara Wilson, PsyD, and Dr. Gil Stieglitz, this study weaves together strong biblical teaching with psychological insight to help us gently untangle the thoughts, wounds, and patterns that often keep us stuck.

Together, we’ll explore the repetitive mental loops and the protective patterns we develop to cope--from people-pleasing to avoidance and control. Through compassionate teaching, honest conversation, and practical tools rooted in God’s truth, Untangled will encourage women of all ages and stages to experience greater peace, emotional freedom, and deeper connection with God and others.

Whether you’re navigating disappointment, stress, relational challenges, or simply wanting to enjoy living lighter and freer, this study offers a meaningful space to learn the life-changing practice of biblical forgiveness and the freedom that comes with it.
