Mondays
5:45pm – 6:45pm Suite 418. Summer break, weekly classes resume August 12.

A variety of strength & stretch exercises, including yoga/pilates for flexibility core & balance. Invigorating for your physical and spiritual core! Christian music to encourage & inspire. For all fitness levels. 55 min. of exercise followed by a devotional on wellness in Christ. Taught by Nancy Short, ACE-certified personal trainer, group instructor and health coach.

No signup necessary, just drop in and join us. Classes are just $5 each. Please bring exact cash or check payable to Bayside. First class for new attendees is FREE! Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class. Bring a mat, towel, water bottle, and dress comfortably for exercise.

A great class for those new or returning to exercise, with modifications offered including seated exercise. An encouraging atmosphere, and great for seniors too. Includes a devotional time, and fellowship time follows the class.

For beginner and intermediate fitness levels. Taught by Paul Phillips, certified fitness instructor.

Fridays
8:30am – 9:30am Bayside Main Offices (8211 Sierra College Blvd, Suite 418). During our kickoff season, class is FREE! No class on August 16.

Join us for an encouraging 55 minute workout involving basic movement, general strength training, and conditioning. If you have never done any exercise before, or if you are 55+, this class is for you! Even if you are an avid gym-goer you will be surprised by the new things you can learn to get more out of your workout. You’ll also enjoy prayer and devotion at the beginning and end of class. No need to register, drop in for class whenever you like! Dress comfortably, wear athletic shoes, and bring a towel and water bottle.

Class taught by Jared Jung, certified fitness instructor.
