700,000 people in our area will wake up tomorrow with little to nothing to eat. That’s single parents, young children, families, and the elderly who don’t know where their next meal will come from.

They could be your neighbors, your friends, your family. No food on the table on any given day.

We’re partnering with Stand Against Hunger and local food banks to raise money for those in need November 1 through December 18.

Your donation will help fund the efforts of the seven major food banks serving the Sacramento, foothill, and valley regions to provide people in need with the food they deserve this holiday season. Participating food banks include:

• Food Bank of Contra Costa/Solano County
• Placer Food Bank
• Sacramento Food Bank and Family Services
• Second Harvest of Greater Valley
• Yolo Food Bank
• Yuba/Sutter Food Bank
